Soul Weapon[]
- Also called Yang soul/Hun-type Weapons (魂兵). Weapons made from various materials, the materials' purity denoting the weapon's quality, while only a practitioner possessing at least the Soul Manipulation level can use. At higher cultivation realms, soul weapons become conscious and have more usage restrictions.[1][2] The refined soul weapon must be free of impurities. This would be the most critical criterion for an exceptional soul weapon. The better the soul weapon, the lesser the obstacles and the easier for one’s soul to enter and wield it like an extension of one’s own body, controlling it around smoothly and naturally. Only the inferior soul weapons would be plagued by such obstacles, this was mainly due to the impurities accumulated in the soul weapon. When the soul met with these impurities, the soul would be like walking on a twisted, crooked and narrow trail filled with huge stones and stumbling detritus. Furthermore, the toughness and sharpness of an inferior soul weapon was incomparable to that of a good soul weapon, the protective capability on the owner’s soul was not too great either.[3]

The other Wheels discovered during cultivation are Fu Min's Xue Mei (Bloodline) Wheel and the Seventh Secret Realm's Xing He (Stellar) Wheel. The Seventh is orthodox-ed as Feng Xiaozhong's Xing He Wheel. An Eighth Secret Realm only possessed by Dao God Zhong Yue is the Shi Kong (Spacetime) Wheel through his comprehension of the Great Dao of Reincarnation.
